Quality Guarantee

CACAR stands behind the quality of every product we manufacture. Each item undergoes rigorous quality inspection before leaving our 200,000 sqm production facility.

Warranty Coverage

All CACAR products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects:

  • Cabinet Bodies & Frames: 5-year warranty on structural integrity
  • Door Panels & Fronts: 3-year warranty against warping and delamination
  • Hardware (Hinges, Slides): Covered under the hardware manufacturer's warranty (typically 2-5 years for Blum/Hettich components)
  • Surface Finishes: 2-year warranty against peeling, cracking, or excessive fading under normal use

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from improper installation, misuse, or neglect
  • Normal wear and tear from everyday use
  • Damage from exposure to extreme humidity, temperature, or water immersion
  • Natural variations in wood grain, color, or texture (characteristics of natural materials)
  • Products modified or repaired by unauthorized parties

Returns & Replacements

As all CACAR products are custom-manufactured to client specifications, we do not accept returns for change of mind. In the event of a manufacturing defect covered by warranty:

  1. Contact us via our Contact Us page with your order details and photos of the issue
  2. Our quality team will assess the claim within 5 business days
  3. Approved claims will result in repair, replacement, or credit at CACAR's discretion
  4. For replacement parts, CACAR covers manufacturing and shipping costs

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives with shipping damage, photograph the damage and note it on the delivery receipt. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will file an insurance claim and arrange for replacement of damaged items.
