CACAR ships custom cabinets, wardrobes, and home solutions to over 160 countries worldwide. We partner with trusted international freight carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Delivery Timeframes

As all CACAR products are custom-manufactured to order, delivery timelines consist of two phases:

• Production: Typically 25-45 business days, depending on order volume and complexity.
• Shipping: 15-35 business days for international sea freight; 5-10 business days for air freight (available upon request).

Exact timeframes will be confirmed in your order documentation.

Shipping Methods

• Sea Freight (FCL/LCL): Cost-effective for large orders. Full Container Load (FCL) or Less than Container Load (LCL) options.
• Air Freight: Expedited option for smaller, time-sensitive orders.
• Door-to-Door Service: Available in select regions — includes customs clearance and last-mile delivery.

Packaging

All CACAR products are professionally packaged for international transit:

• Reinforced plywood crates for cabinet bodies
• Foam padding and corner protection for doors and panels
• Moisture-barrier wrapping for humidity protection during sea freight
• Custom palletization for efficient handling

Tracking & Insurance

All shipments include tracking and basic cargo insurance. Additional insurance coverage is available upon request. Tracking details will be provided once your order ships.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. CACAR provides all necessary documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin) to facilitate smooth customs clearance.

Receiving Your Order

Upon delivery, please inspect all packages before signing. If you notice any visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours. Photograph any damage for insurance purposes.
